近幾星期，多次嘗試以不同銀行的信用卡訂票總是不成功，信息: "we are unable to process your payment and your booking has been cancelled. kindly book again and pay using a different credit card. thank you."以往都是用相同的信用卡，都能成功，亦從未試過遇到這個情况，查詢過銀行，但所用的信用卡全部一切正常，亦發過電郵給customerservice@cebupacificair.com，但無回覆！
