1、展位安排原則：先報名、先付款、先安排。

2、簽訂回執表即日起三日內將全部展費匯至組委會，逾期組委會有權取消其參展資格。

3、參展商必須是在在中華人民共和國相關主管部門備案的合法生產或銷售企業，參展報到時須提交“營業執照”、“生產許可證”、“衛生許可證”等證件的復印件並加蓋公章，進口食品應提交相關的檢驗檢疫證明及食品合格證明的復印件並加蓋經銷單位公章，無上述證件的主辦單位有權拒絕進入展會現場布展交易。

4、展商須遵守展會的有關規定，嚴禁假冒偽劣食品、過期變質食品、侵犯他人商標及知識產權的商品等進入現場交易，一經查出，嚴肅處理，情節嚴重的將移交執法部門處理。參展結果自負，不得展出與本展覽會無關的產品（如皮帶、箱包、服裝、玩具、飾品、字畫等）。
