我現在在韓國交換...來韓國快三個月了..6月23號交換結束回國..7月6號的機票去英國上暑假課程 課程結束了準備和韓國朋友一起去歐洲玩...已經有了英國簽證所以我想申根應該沒問題...於是把機票神馬的都買好了..結果今天去了首爾的意大利大使館被告知必須回中國辦 因為我的機票買的是回中國不是回韓國 而且我以後不來韓國了...但是我外國人登陸者是到2014年2月才過期啊...回國辦意大利的簽證肯定來不及了..於是我就想去法國申請...我先給北京的法簽發郵件..他說必須在最近三個月居住地申請 那就是中國沒法申請只能在韓國申請...然後我又問韓國的法國使館..他給了我一些要求其中一個是1. You must be a resident in Korea to apply for a visa AND your alien registration card must remain valid after your return in Korea然後我就告訴她我去了法國直接回中國不再回韓國了可以在首爾辦理不 她說的是You can apply for a visa but I can not guarantee the issue.求解答！！這個情況我可能在韓國辦到簽證麽？T.T
